FIDES Capital Partners, LLC announces that it has arranged institutional joint venture equity for the $87 million acquisition of The Retreat at Lubbock and The Retreat at Denton, two newly constructed, high-end student housing properties totaling 1,345 beds. FIDES Capital Partners served as its client's exclusive investment banker in arranging the equity financing from a private equity holding company comprised of international investors. The properties were acquired from a joint venture between the developer and an institutional real estate private equity fund.
