FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") has been engaged by a private real estate operating company to recapitalize two suburban office buildings located in NJ and TX. Greg Longoria of FIDES said, "One of these is a typical FIDES deal. The client bought the asset at a substantial discount to the note amount, and is now recapitalizing the deal with a fresh capital stack and business plan. The other is a more traditional bridge financing to take out an existing lender. We will work closely with the client to structure a funding that acknowledges the creation of future value." FIDES' client is involved in the acquisition and management of a broad based real estate portfolio approximating $300 million.
