FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") announced today that William Mitchell has joined the firm as a Principal. Mr. Mitchell will establish the firm's distressed debt advisory practice which will focus on serving borrowers, lenders and investors in commercial real estate and other forms of specialty finance assets. In this capacity he will also identify and structure capital executions to acquire, recapitalize and sell these types of assets.
