FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") has been appointed by a Midwestern-based family office to serve as its financial advisor in acquiring and building a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Chicago MSA. FIDES will be involved in the entire investment management process including sourcing, underwriting, financing, closing and asset managing the properties.
