FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") announces that it has arranged the senior debt financing for the recapitalization of a $70 million, Class A, 573-bed student housing project at the University of Nebraska. Greg Longoria of FIDES said, "We needed a transitional lender that would work with us during the remaining lease-up, and could understand and value the economic benefits associated with the TIF bonds. This transaction involved the complete equity and debt recapitalization of the initial capital stack that participated in the development of the project."
