FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") served as the equity and debt capital markets advisor to a developer on the financing of a $68 million ground-up class “A” student housing development project. “As opposed to how difficult it was last year, we had multiple equity and debt term sheets for this 153 unit/390-bed project at The Ohio State University,” said Greg Longoria of FIDES. “FIDES was involved in all aspects of the capital structure: GP capital, institutional JV equity and construction financing.”
