FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") is pleased to announce that it has arranged the senior construction loan for the development of a $25 million, 114-room Hyatt Place in downtown Normal, IL. FIDES served as the financial advisor in arranging the loan for the project, which was a public-private initiative by the city. "The project is ideally located downtown, and will benefit from a shortage of this room type. It is not easy getting hotel construction financing today, but we were able to structure a deal that worked for the developer and the lender." said Greg Longoria of FIDES.
