We target core-plus and value-add industrial and housing related properties. We look to re-brand, re-tenant, and renovate the properties to improve the bottom line through capital and operational best practices.

Development

On a selective basis we seek boutique infill locations to convert, re-develop, or develop industrial and multifamily assets.

Location

Urban, close-in suburban or growth corridor locations that exhibit strong demographics and proximity to transportation infrastructure.

Target markets

MSAs: Tampa, Orlando, Naples, Austin

Size

$5 to $50 million total project cost; larger project cost for Co-GP opportunities

Other

We will very selectively provide co-general partner and limited partner equity alongside operators that seek to acquire or develop institutional quality assets.
